About our service

Do you offer dedicated IP-addresses and custom port forwarding?

No, at the moment we do not offer this possibility in our customer panel. We try to improve our service continuously and this is planned for the future. Upon request we can discuss a special package with you which contains a dedicated IP or custom port forwarding or both.

Do you offer IPv6 support?

Yes, most of our servers and protocols are offering IPv6 support. If you need any additional help in this matter because your operating system or device isn't fully working with IPv6 please contact our Support.

Why I cannot connect to the VPN server I chose?

Our servers are having 99.98 % uptime. However, if you are not able to connect to some particular server, switch VPN protocol for the same server and try again. If you are still not able to make a VPN connection, please contact our Support and we will investigate possible issue right away.

Do you operate own DNS servers?

Yes, we do. We always try to push our own DNS servers whenever you are connected to our services as far as possible. If this doesn't work for you and you suffer from DNS leaks please contact our Support.
